INNOVATE AND ELEVATE GRANT

The NHSCA Innovate & Elevate Grant supports practicing New Hampshire school counselors in developing and implementing targeted, evidence-based initiatives within their school communities. Designed to foster measurable progress, this grant funds projects that leverage data to improve student academic achievement, enhance social-emotional well-being, and cultivate a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Grant recipients embody the core values of the school counseling profession—advocacy, equity, collaboration, and data-informed practice. By funding initiatives that go beyond standard daily operations, this grant empowers counselors to address systemic barriers, lead innovative interventions, and demonstrate the direct impact of school counseling on student success and school safety.

NHSCA will approve up to two grants per fiscal year, with each grant reimbursement being up to $250 per recipient.
