With the vision of sending the message that college offers wonderful opportunities for personal, career and life success, Discover U, a day targeted towards 8th graders, was created. During this event students have the opportunity to learn about the academic criteria for admission to college, participate in a student panel of current college students and take a tour of the campus where students are able to walk through academic buildings, residence halls and other areas of interest.
