NH CEBIS @ SERESC
PRESENTS
THE ANGRY SMILE WORKSHOP
Do you work with a student who denies or represses feelings of anger? Who withdraws and sulks? Who is quietly manipulative and controlling? Who makes endless promises to change?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, please consider signing up for the one-day workshop on The Angry Smile, a course that examines passive aggressive behavior in children, adolescents and adults in families, school settings, or within the workplace, and provides specific skills that professionals can use to respond effectively to this troubling behavior.
NH CEBIS at SERESC is pleased to welcome back Signe Whitson of the Life Space Crisis Intervention Institute and co-author of the book, The Angry Smile, for this one-day workshop on Friday, November 18th at SERESC in Bedford, NH.
This workshop aligns beautifully with our work in building multi-tiered systems of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports in New Hampshire. Educators and mental health providers will learn how to apply this in their work with students in schools and clinics. Parents will gain knowledge in how to address concerns they have with their children and adolescents.
Cost of this workshop is $150 and includes a continental breakfast and lunch, The Angry Smile book and all materials.
The last time Signe came to SERESC, the room was filled to capacity...so we recommend you sign up today to secure your spot. The brochure is attached, or you can register online by following this link: Ctrl + Click here.
