Dear NHSCA Members,

Over the past five years NHSCA has, like many organizations seen a change in membership engagement, ability to volunteer due to the challenges in the day to day work of a school counselor. These factors have resulted in the NHSCA Board and organization being compromised. With the goal of serving our membership more effectively and ensuring we have an effective board to do so, we have been working over the last year re-organizing the NHSCA Board.  To make these changes so that the organization can move forward and members are served to the best of the Board's ability the following proposal was drafted.  These changes to our Bylaws we believe will meet the goals of this reorganization effort.

A member vote is important for moving forward with these changes. We ask that you read this document carefully to prepare for the in-person vote at the Annual Conference on October 10th or the online vote for those unable to attend the Annual Conference.
